Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of the items, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges (unless the wrong item is received). In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
